Lynn has been in Christian ministry for over 35 years serving mainly internationally, in Swaziland and Cambodia. Her years of experience are crucial for her current roll as a coach and trainer of cross-cultural workers. Lynn is working with a team doing Journey Deeper networks internationally under Novo Ethne. Her team has found that Christian leaders in cross-cultural ministry are often isolated and over-burdened and can get burnt out. They have contextualized a year long network for these leaders to help them stay focused on God and His calling in their lives so that the billions without Jesus have a better chance to know Him.
